You Can and Should Make a Difference in Someone Today

by

Girls, Friends

Being in a place where you look different from everyone else, different from what you are used to, and unable to communicate because of the language barrier can be intimidating and overwhelming. The greatest need in such times is a friend who understands your fears and is ready to walk you through the adjustment process. He does not have to be a perfect person; he may not be able to speak your language, but he helps you walk through your situation. He is your ‘savior’ in your predicament. Friends like that are never forgotten in life. We have strangers move into our towns and cities daily, and people living in spiritual darkness around us all longing for a friend to guide them to the perfect Light. At Christmas, Jesus Christ invaded our dark and sinful world and brought Light and salvation to humanity. Would you invade someone’s world today like Jesus did to bring them Light, life, and hope? “The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness, a light has dawned” (Isa. 9:2).
