There are several tasty meals at the fast food chains with less than 500 calories and moderate amounts of salt, fat and saturated fat. Here are some of the healthiest fast food meals from some of the top fast food chains. For beverage, be sure to go for a zero-calorie drink like water, unsweetened tea, black coffee, or diet soda.
