Let’s face it, if Jesus can fast for 40 days our 3 days to 12 days fasting is nothing. The body get used to detoxification after 3 days.

There is no doubt about it, fasting is a challenge to everyone’s brain and body. If long time fasting is out of the question, it is recommended you fast long enough so that your body has time to exhaust its supply of glycogen, start burning fat, and produce ketones (between 2 days to 3 days).
